The Smile Restoration Project
Each year, we restore one deserving neighbor’s smile — a complete, fixed full-arch restoration provided at no cost, with implants generously donated by our partner BioHorizons. Because sometimes, restoring a smile restores a life.

What the Recipient Receives
One selected recipient will receive the following complimentary care, provided at our Southaven office by our doctors:
Three Ways to Open the Door
Choose the path that fits you. Applications are accepted online only — each takes about ten minutes, and every story is read with care.
How the Recipient Is Chosen
This is not a drawing, and no one is chosen by luck. Every application is read by our team and weighed on five things:
Financial need
Treatment is genuinely out of reach without help. The story
How deeply tooth loss has shaped daily life.Clinical suitability
Determined by the doctors after examination.Impact
What restored teeth would make possible again.Commitment
Willingness to complete all appointments and care.Treatment begins in January 2027, and — with the recipient’s blessing — the journey will be shared through the spring. Every application receives an acknowledgment when it arrives, and every applicant hears from us once the recipient is selected.
The Care Behind the Gift
The awarded treatment is provided by the doctors of Advanced Dental Implant & TMJ Center in Southaven, Mississippi.
Dr. Pradeep Adatrow, DDS, MSD
One of fewer than 100 clinicians in the United States board-certified in both the surgical and restorative specialties of implant dentistry — which means the recipient’s entire treatment, from surgery to final smile, is guided by a specialist certified in every phase of it.
Dr. Jay Patel, DDS, MPH
Trained at the University of Southern California and the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Patel shares the practice’s belief that advanced care should change lives — not just smiles.
