We are looking for a Marketing SEO / SEM Specialist to join our team full time. The Marketing SEO / SEM Specialist is a newly created role with the company.

 

MARKETING SEO / SEM SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the companies Websites and be able to create new pages and modify pages
  • Ensure appropriate tags are in place
  • Initiate and complete regular SEO research, identifying target keywords and content gaps to create a content strategy
  • Complete regular data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. The ability to interpret and apply web analytics data in order to optimize websites and pages is also required
  • Determine, propose, and create optimized web content, ensuring the content has a defined purpose that is reflected in the on-page user journey
  • Identify trends and themes of interest to target audience groups and propose content plans and assets in line with these trends
  • Digital Strategy and Campaign Planning:
    1. Review goals and plan strategic digital campaigns.
    2. Plan manage and help execute all paid ads (Google/Bing/Social), social/social ads, Google Analytics, content strategy, website
    3. Create a content strategy for digital campaigns (copy ideas, creativity, etc.)
    4. Managing PPC campaigns, deciding where/when/how to use geofencing/targeting, etc.
    5. Data scientist-first mindset
    6. Improve client’s SEM presence
  • Design and Implement Email campaigns
  • Design and Implement Brochures, flyers, posters

 

MARKETING SEO SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /  Computer Science
  • Experience in digital marketing: planning, implementing and analyzing websites, preferably in a B2B field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid knowledge of web analytics – someone who can not only read data but also interpret and draw conclusions as well as form improvement plans.
  • Hands-on experience of modern digital marketing tools and practices, including content management systems, SEO software (preferably SEMrush), and data/analysis tools (Google, etc.)
  • An open and positive attitude towards your work and colleagues with a flexible and proactive mindset
  • A willingness to embark on and implement a culture of change, educating the business on the possibilities of digital, and not being afraid to challenge the norm
  • The ability to plan and prioritize your own work efficiently with good organizational skills and experience in planning and coordinating projects independently.
